actually INSTALLING winex

Ok, maybe I'm just stupid, but how do I actually INSTALL winex?  I ran the 
./tools/wineinstall script, and after NUMEROUS problems I finally got that 
script to finish, it says successfully.  However, I have no winex command in 
my /usr/bin folder, and when I try to copy it over into there and run it, it 
is unable to find any dll files.  So, I went and checked my fake c drive, and 
there is NOTHING inside any of the folders.  Nothing in windows, nothing 
anywhere.  Just empty directories.  So can someone please help me out here?
