Yes the patcher is ActiveX controls.. .asp pages mainly to just run the 
launcher then pass the commandline options to the game's exe file.

Secondly yes the game uses installshield.. the error I have gotten with 
3.3 and 3.2 is

Unhandled Exception
Error: 0x80020005
Description:

Is there any better ways to try from the commandline?  This is using the 
latest version of Point2Play.
