Unhandled exception code c0000005

Hello I'm getting the c0000005 exception error and I thought you might help me with some suggestions. Operating system: Windows 2000 User A is a domain user and a local administrator. User B is a domain user. User C is a local administrator. Situation 1 (domain logon) I log on with user A. If I run the application, I get "Fatal error. Exception code=C0000005" followed by the date and time of the error. If i run it with "Run as..." and use user B or C, I get the same error. Situation 2 (domain logon) I log on with user B. If I run the application, everything goes fine. No errors at all. Even if I run it with "Run as..." and use user A, I still get no errors. Situation 3 (local logon) I log on with user B. If I run the application, everything goes fine. No errors at all. Even if I run it with "Run as..." and use user A, I still get no errors.
