Though it seems Quality Assurance has revealed that perhaps it's
different for people wishing to continue to play Black & White. While
Black & White normally uses the mouse as a pointing device, and as such
uses dinput's nonexclusive mode, the camera pitch control works by
moving the cursor to the top or bottom edge of the screen, pressing the
mouse button, and moving the mouse up or down. Unfortunately, if the
user wishes to pitch down by moving the mouse to the bottom of the
screen, and drag downward, this movement would go "outside" the screen,
and thus does not get picked up by WineX when warping is disabled.

This means we're going to have to reverse my change that disables
warping in nonexclusive mode. But of course we'd still like to
eventually fix things for Rollercoaster Tycoon players, and I can see
two options remaining.

1) Fix up Nadav Frum's patch so that it can be applied.

2) Implement a software cursor in WineX, instead of displaying the X
cursor. After all, it's possible that games that use the OS cursor, like
Rollercoaster Tycoon, might still want full relative drag functionality
at the edge of the screen, like Black & White does, and so this option
seems to be the only universal solution. However, this would be a fair
bit of work.

So unless someone wants to tackle 2, I think we'll have to go for 1 (if
we're to support Rollercoaster Tycoon anytime soon at all), and
particularly since the 3.3.1 code freeze is approaching fast.

But since Rollercoaster Tycoon is far from a priority for 3.3.1, it's
not going to be supported at all costs, and I don't think I can spend
time fixing the patch up myself. But I (and probably many others) would
really appreciate it if you could fix up the patch so it can finally go
in anyway.
