missing system32 directory for Wine-only install

Hello -

A very minor bug:

When installing the current cvs version on a machine with no windows partition, the wineinstall script dies with a "Registry install failed" message and wine refuses to run.  

After creating an empty windows/system32 directory by hand, everything runs happily.
