Missing Character Models in Everquest with branch winex-3-3-branch

Hello all,

This is in regards to current cvs with branch "winex-3-3-branch winex" 
and EverQuest.

By and large I have no problems but the one I will note here.  Good job.

I have discovered several NPC character models that do not show up.

1) Large Rat variety
2) Certain Human Female vendor varieties.

Although I can not point to a static Larg Rat model, I can say the North 
Qeynos Newbie zone has them by the truck loads.

I can point to one of the Human Female Vendor varieties.

In Surefalls Glade, at the Druid Cottage, there are 3 Human Female 
Vendors standing more or less side by side.  They sell Druid spells and 
odds and ends.  None of them show up.  You can not target them, you can 
not see them, you can see spell effects cast on them.  You can see the 
text message they generate if someone selects them to buy their items.

In Lavastorm, the Druid Circle, there is a Human Female that sells 
higher level Druid Spells.  She does not show up, you can not select her 
etc.

On the Large Rat model, if You select said MoB via the assist command, 
then you can cast spells on the MoB, you can engage the MoB in melee, 
you will also crash to the desktop when the MoB dies.
