Hi there,

Could you send me a trace, by doing something like:

wine --debugmsg +font,+xrender,+x11drv,+text,+seh program_being_run.exe 
&> debug_file
gzip debug_file

then email me the debug_file.gz

(I suspect perhaps we are being a bit too hasty in presuming that your 
system is capable of the freetype font path)
