Mouse Cursor Problems

Ok I have been working with Lineage 2 and been making a bit of progress 
and I am a bit confused now at this point. I have stopped the warping by 
using Nadav Frum's RCT2 patch. From there it made it so the mouse would 
not warp but go out of sync I fixed that by commenting some code out of 
the /dlls/dinput/mouse/main.c. Now my problem is that I cannot seem to 
click on anything ingame without it doubleclicking. I know for a fact it 
is doubleclicking cause if I click my hotbar arrow to change from say 
bar 1 to bar 2 it moves me to bar 3...

I also notice that there are other problems such as Crashing to Desktop 
but I will worry about that later I really want to get this fixed with 
the double clicking cause it makes it impossible to open anything or 
move boxes around on screen.

Crashing to Desktop is caused when you drag a icon or try to use hotbar 
it says its unable to draw cursor. Not quite sure any feedback would be 
wonderful
