Re: DX9 game EVE - stuck in loop on start up

I had assumed the loop given that the game would normally start up
(under windows) or crash (under old versions of winex). Given that
nothing appeared so the game did not continue to load, I am assuming
that it is stuck in a loop somewhere (given that were it not in a loop
it would eventually either load or crash, I gave it 15 minutes to get it
to reach this, it didn't)

As it is a DX9 only game and it claims to use a lot of the features
provided by DX9 I will probably leave it alone for a while until more
DX9 support is added

Though for developers it might be useful as a reference for DX9
compatability, especially since the game it self is downloadable for
free from www.eve-online.com - once you can get it to load the start
screen (which it does not yet do) you need a login, however if anyone is
interested in using this game for DX9 developement/testing drop me an
email and I (or any other eve subscriber) can provide you with 7 day
access keys.
