Doom3 WineX Patch?

I was told there is a patch for CVS to get Doom 3 working?  I just
subscribed to this list, so if it was posted today I missed the
message.  Is there anyway someone can re-post the patch, commit it to
CVS, or post it up on the web somewhere?
