<posted & mailed> Hi, Peter Hunnisett wrote: > Well I don't recall this patch ever having been offered to WineX or > Cedega. Actually I saw the existance of winex-devel list only now, searching for wine-patches list under gmane :) I subscribed it and saw the lot of posts my patch generated there, so I think I should throw my 2 (euro)cents about the original request (not all the thread it spawned by it). I report the link to the gmane article for my patch: http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.emulators.wine.patches/6810/match=pathsearchandqualify but there's an updated version (updated for a wine cvs version) in my site http://flameeyes.web.ctonet.it/ Indeed the patch was intended for wine, but I actually didn't know the need to release it under a certain license to be included in WineX/Cedega, so I think that if it's enough to say it here, you can include it without problems by my side. At the end, this patch was to make a program written by me running fine, so I think it can be helpful for everyone. This is one of the things which makes me love Linux & Free Software. But if you can let me say a thing, I think the better way to handle this have should been to ask me :) My email is in the patch's post, if you used it to ask me if you could include it, the thread probably wasn't so long and 'flamey'.
