wmvcore.dll - Act Of War demo

Just testing out the demo for Act Of War, Currently it is failing to load 
because it needs wmvcore.dll. 

This email is really just a heads-up about this, but if you have any 
suggestions on how I can help implement this, don't hesitate to let me know. 
How much of what is necessary is likely to be provided in quartz?
