Hi Craig,

Yes, it looks like we have a bad merge from our internal CVS.  The 
__ASM_GLOBAL_FUNC macro was moved from include/winnt.h to 
include/wine/port.h.  As a temporary workaround, you can just #include 
"winnt.h" in the preloader.c file.  We should have this fixed soon.
