I have been trying to debug why the server alert message doesn't appear 
on the World of Warcraft login screen.  After fixing the two bugs I just 
sent patches for, it now fails because InternetReadFileExA() is not 
implemented.  I don't know much about Windows programming, but how much 
work would it take to implement this?
