wininet probs with Terradesk

Hi,

I have tried for some time to get Terradesk working with cedega. I  
think the graphical part (directx9) will work okay, but there is a  
problem with wininet. The program cannot download a particular file,  
although other files are no problem.

I thought this issue would be fixed someday because it is wininet  
related, but unfortunately it is still there after quite some cedega  
releases.
That's why I give it a try here.

Terradesk is very nice 3d satellite photo viewing software, flying  
above quite many landscapes. For instance many US cities, the  
Netherlands, London, Paris and Sydney.

The client software is here: http://www.skylinesoft.com and is quite  
small. I have spit all the debug logs numerous times and also used a  
native dll, but both didn't bring a solution.
