NL translation update

Hi,

Following the P2P Emerald Edition release, I took the time to update the
Dutch translation. However:
1) it seems the p2p_localized_msg.po file is not up to date, and
2) I have trouble testing it (again):

(Point2Play_gui.py:7845): Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not supported by C library.
        Using the fallback 'C' locale.

$LANG and $LC_MESSAGES set to NL or nl doesn't make a difference.

What did I mis?
