New release announcement - Novosec Extensions

Hi all,

this is to let you know that a new version of the Novosec Extensions to
the Bouncy Castle APIs has been released.

For people who are not familiar with them, the extensions provide an
OCSP (RFC 2560) client and server as well as a CMP (RFC 2510 and RFC
2511) generator and parser.
