156 beta 7 now available (TLS, EC fixes)

Hi All,

For people who are concerned, 1.56 beta 7 is now available, which
includes the fixes to the EC math library.

You can pick it up at https://www.bouncycastle.org/betas

The betas area also includes jars/source for the new TLS API and BC JSSE
provider.

Currently we are working towards doing a release in mid-December, any
feedback about either the EC fixes or the new TLS API and JSSE provider
would be most welcome before then (and after as well, but before would
be a lot more useful for everyone).
