Bouncy Castle Crypto Provider Package Version 1.27 now available

Hi all,

Yet another release of the BC libraries.

This release brings all the distributions into line with the naming conventions 
established in JDK 1.5, as well adding PKCS #1 v1.5 signature algorithms for SHA-256, 
SHA-384, and SHA-512.

The TSP package will now correctly handle messages with the IssuerSerial field set, and 
further functionality has been added to the classes supporting X.509 attribute certificates.

A bug that could cause the encoding of an ASN.1 set to go into an infinite loop has been 
fixed and the KeyRingCollection classes in OpenPGP now support partial matching of user IDs.

The 1.5 version now adds support for the OAEPParameterSpec class and the PSSParameterSpec 
class in JDK 1.5 and the CertPath implementation now supports the processing of PKCS #7 
encodings.

In addition point compression can now be turned off in elliptic curve encoding and several 
other minor bugs have been fixed. As always others have helped with this release you can 
find them in the contributors file. Thank you one and all!

One further note... In order to keep up with naming conventiosn the zip files in the j2me 
distribution now start with cldc rather than midp.
