BC-FJA 1.0.2 now published on BC website.

Hi Everyone,

BC-FJA 1.0.2 is now up on https://www.bouncycastle.org/fips-java

For those of you who don't already know, we're also now releasing the
FIPS versions to Maven Central, with the prior versions up there
already. We're planning to publish the latest one as well in one month.

Feel free to tell your friends, but just keep in mind how we're paying
the bills so tell them that as well!
