Hi Brian,

my only problem was that i don't gave access in samba to the cipe 
interfaces,
after gaining access to them in"allow hosts" section of samba, the samba 
shares are 
reachable from roaswarrior xp over cipe tunnel.
at the end it wasn't a problem with wins or dns or routing.
