I can offer urchin.earth.li to host them, if that's desired. It's a
colocated box in the UK, with pretty decent connectivity/bandwidth etc. It's
run by me and a friend and is physically about 100 miles away from us, so if
it falls over hardware-wise it might take a day or two before it's fixed
(more if we both happen to be on holiday or really busy). It's been pretty
reliable so far and we do have remote power-cycling and serial console for
dealing with software problems, though.

The mailing list software would be Mailman (currently version 2.1.2), and I
or anyone nominated by Olaf or the list could be list admin.
