cipcb0 does not disapear

Hi all,
I have RedHat Linux 7.2 and after I left cipcb0 interfase
running for many days (60 days more or less) and I restart
the interfase, the cipcb0 does not disapear from ifconfig.

I try this:
- ifdown cipcb0
- ifconfig cipcb0 down
- rmmod cipcb0

But the interfase is still listed when running the command:
ifconfig

Also, I have a cipcb1 interfase that runs ok.

My solution was to "rename" the cipcb0 interfase to cipcb3
and now my cipe interfase works again.

Is this a know issue?
