Hello Ted,

I found the error. The /etc/init.d/cipe script has a error. It searches 
in /etc/sysconfig/network/ for ifcfg-ppp0 script. But there isn't... So 
I coppied the ifcfg-dsl0 and called the script ifcfg-ppp0. And 
everything is fine :-)
