These oops were in between enriched by memory errors and library
problems just a few minutes before - the motherboard died finally.

I switched the harddisks and all cards to another computer ready prepared
for this case and everything looks fine now. I think my oops were indeed
what competent people told:

-You have oops? That must be a hardware problem.
