Updates prior to the release of cryptlib 3.3.4/3.4.0

Before releasing the first beta of cryptlib 3.3.4 / cryptlib 3.4.0 there are a
few things I'd like feedback on:

- I need access to a more diverse range of machines than the standard Linux +
gcc combo, preferably long-term but short-term would also do. What I'm after
is SSH access to anything running Solaris, HPUX, AIX, OS X, and anything else
really, and/or not using gcc as its compiler. Old and obsolete platforms
(within limits, I don't need to build it on a PDP-11) would be good too to
check for backwards-compatibility issues.

- There's been a neverending series of new X.509 certificate extensions and
(to a much smaller degree) S/MIME attributes invented by standards committees
since the last API-level update of cryptlib (3.3.0), the vast majority of
which will never be used by anyone. Since the 3.4.0 release is another API-
level update of cryptlib, it'll be possible to add new certificate attributes
at this time. If anyone has any that they'd like added, please let me know
(providing a convincing argument for the addition, and perhaps a definition
for ext_def.c, would help too).

Peter.
