I'm not sure what you're referring to here, there's no documented thing called
cryptLogin.  You need to read the section "Activating and Controlling
Cryptographic Devices" in the manual.

There's no bug, you haven't logged into the token (and, as I mentioned 
earlier, possibly not initialised it as described in the manual) so you can't 
perform any operations with it.
