label, NULL ); // ok

	res = cryptCreateSession( &cryptSession, CRYPT_UNUSED,
CRYPT_SESSION_SSL_SERVER );
	res = cryptSetAttribute( cryptSession, CRYPT_SESSINFO_PRIVATEKEY,
privateKey );

cryptSetAttribute status is -3

I'm basing yself on the manual, SSecure Sessions, page 102
