cryptlib 3.4.2 beta released

The beta release of cryptlib 3.4.2 is now available as
http://www.cypherpunks.to/~peter/beta.zip, this includes the usual updates and
changes, including portability updates, better text-string diagnostics for a
number of operations, fixing a long-standing PGP authenticated-encryption
interoperability issue that was obscure enough that no-one's ever noticed, and
compatibility (meaning lots of bug-workarounds) with Microsoft's NDES SCEP
server.  Could people please have a play with it and see if they run into any
problems.
