See this thread: http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.encryption.cryptlib/2602 on the cryptlib list. The summary is: -- Snip -- Mathias Spoerr <[email protected]> writes: >> The HTTP proxy is only used for HTTP protocols. >> TLS isn't HTTP, so use of the HTTP proxy is never activated. > >Which options do I have then? It sounds like you're trying to use the HTTP proxy for tunnelling TLS, so you send a CONNECT to the proxy and then continue with TLS as normal, is that it? There's an outline of support for that in the code, but it's never been tested since I didn't have access to a proxy that allowed that (which is also why it's not enabled). Do you have a proxy available that I could use for testing? -- Snip -- Peter. _______________________________________________ Cryptlib mailing list [email protected] via Mail: [email protected] Archive: ftp://ftp.franken.de/pub/crypt/cryptlib/archives/ http://news.gmane.org/gmane.comp.encryption.cryptlib Posts from non-subscribed addresses are blocked to prevent spam, please subscribe in order to post messages.
