Only those algorithms are defined for use with X.509 (well, you can create DH
and ECDH certs, but I doubt you'll find anything that can use them).  In
addition you're going to have problems finding any commercial CA that'll give
you DSA and ECDSA certs, in practice it's pretty much all RSA.
