Cryptlib command line utiltiy?

Forgive my ignorance here... Is there a cryptlib command line utility
(like OpenSSL's s_client or GnuTLS's gnutls-cli)?

After building, I can only seem to find scripts:

cryptlib-3.42$ make
...
cryptlib-3.42$ find . -executable -type f
./tools/ccopts.sh
./tools/endian
./tools/getlibs.sh
./tools/buildlib.sh
./tools/ccopts-crosscompile.sh
./tools/buildall.sh
./tools/buildsharedlib.sh
./tools/mkhdr.sh
./tools/buildasm.sh
./tools/osversion.sh
