Apple M1 port complete

Hi Everyone, I believe the port to Apple M1 is complete. All the errors and warnings have been cleared. There is no need to run configure.sh due to feature mis-detection (https://www.cryptopp.com/wiki/Configure.sh). We are probably going to release Crypto++ 8.5 to clear the errors and warnings for M1 owners. If you have any problems please let us know.
