Website finall earned an A rating from SSL Labs

Hi Everyone,

We finally got an A rating from SSL Labs: 
https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=www.cryptopp.com .

Previously CentOS and its antique software held us back. We could not 
provide TLSv1.3 or modern ciphers with CentOS.
