Support for AES SIV Mode

I have a need for AES SIV Mode as described in RFC 5297, and I wondered 
whether there was anything in the pipeline to add support into Crypto++.

If not, and if somebody could give me some pointers as to how to go about 
doing it, I will happily do the work myself and contribute the result.
