* protect-tool.c (read_key): Don't run make_canonical on a NULL buffer.

* command.c (parse_hexstring): New.
(cmd_sethash): Use it.
(parse_keygrip): New.
(cmd_havekey, cmd_sigkey): Use it.
(cmd_passwd): New.
* genkey.c (agent_protect_and_store): New.
(store_key): Add arg FORCE.
(agent_genkey): Pass false to this force of store_key.
