* crypt-selkey.c (get_candidates): Use gpg_op_keylist_ext_start
for PGP.

* crypt-selkey.c (crypt_select_key): Add new return parameter
FORCED_VALID. 
(crypt_getkeybyaddr, crypt_getkeybystr)
(crypt_ask_for_key): Add that parameter and pass it on.  Changed
all callers.

* crypt-gpgme.c (find_keys): Append an '!' to all keys which were
forced to be valid.
(create_recipient_set): Test for the '!' and force validity.
