	libassuan.m4 ksba.m4 gpg-error.m4 Makefile.am ChangeLog 
Log Message:
First chunk of changes to revamp dirmngr to comply with GNU coding
standards, adjust for changed libgcrypt and libksba API, using
gpg-error.h and such.  

Builds but does not yet work.
