* ksba.texi: Added 2 more fucntions. Minor other updates.

* cert-basic.c (print_oid_and_desc): New.
(list_extensions): Print info_access.
(print_names): Hack to optionally indent the first line too.
(print_oid_list): New.
(list_extensions): Use it.
