Updated the manual

* src/ocsp.c (ocsp_isvalid): Check THIS_UPDATE.

* src/misc.c (add_isotime): New.
(date2jd, jd2date, days_per_month, days_per_year): New. Taken from
my ancient (1988) code used in Wedit (time2.c).
