split-off gpgmepp - testsuite

I have taken a first look at https://dev.gnupg.org/source/gpgmepp.git
(Thanks, BTW for splitting bindingigs from the library.)
Some test binaries are built ...
(sid)ametzler@argenau:/tmp/GPGMEPP/gpgmepp$ ls build/tests/
CMakeFiles           Makefile             run-getkey   run-verify
CTestTestfile.cmake  cmake_install.cmake  run-keylist  run-wkdlookup
.. however "make test" is no-op. - Is there something non-obvious I
missing here?
