That is right We don't maintain gpgmepy and thus we can't sign it.  You
need to use Paul's key for verification.  Sorry for the inconvenience
but that is a side-effect of the maintainer change.  We have no direct
releationship to Paul except that he is working for a company I know
quite well for >20 years.  If you need a a key signature form me on
Paul's key, I can arrange for that
