fopencookie / BSD support

Hi,

I'm the maintainer of the aegypten ports in the freebsd ports
collection and I recently noticed pinentry 0.7.0 (and possibly other
parts of the aegypten tools) still bail during configure stage because
fopencookie isn't present in FreeBSD's libc. In the past, I was able to
make it all work with the replacements which are _already present_ in
some of the jnlib/common subdirs plus some local patching - I would
really appreciate (and certainly users of other non-glibc-OS would as
well), if someone knowledgable would implement this in a clean manner -
my patches against 0.6.9 are fugly and contain nothing new, but can all
be found in FreeBSD's CVS.

Cheers,
