[issue68] Errors in german translation

There are some problems with the german translation.
Though a consequent translation into german is scheduled
for  a later time, the current errors should be resolved:

Translation of certificate revocation list is
Sperrliste and not Annulierungsliste.

In Certamanger, Create Certificate, third tab,
there is a checkbox "Add email to DN in reuqest for broken CA".
First, it should better say "email address" that just "email".
Second, the german translation is currently completely nonsense
and must be replaced by a clear translation:
"E-Mail Adresse für fehlerhafte Zertifizierungssysteme in DN aufnehmen"
