[issue81] kmail: no signature date for mails from january

New submission from Bernhard Herzog <[email protected]>:

For mails signed in months other than January (only tested with 2003-12 and
2004-02 so far), kmail (aegypten_branch 2004-02-12) displays the date of the
signature:

Message was signed by CN=Bernhard Herzog,O=Intevation GmbH,C=DE on 2004-02-02
17:50 with key 0xA587536902DA0B0A

for messages signed in January the date is omitted:

Message was signed by CN=Bernhard Herzog,O=Intevation GmbH,C=DE with key
0xA587536902DA0B0A.
