GnuPG 1.9.6 released

Hi!

I have just released GnuPG 1.9.6 (the S/MIME version of GnuPG).  This
release features a couple of bug fixes including one fixing in endless
loop while checking certain certificates.

or as a patch against the previous release:

Please note that you also need the latest version of libgcrypt.
