[issue122] kmail: segfault when trying to edit identity

I've now built a "bleeding edge" aegypten2 (kdepim KDE_3_2_1_RELEASE except
aegypten_branch in kmail and certmanager and HEAD in libkdenetwork, mimelib,
libkdepim, and kaddressbook).

Then I edited the smime keys to use for signing and encryption to self in the
identity configuration.  That user didn't have any settings for those yet.

Now when I try to open that dialog again kmail crashes with a segfault when I
click on the edit button in the identity page of the configuration dialog.
