[issue126] gpgsm --help: hint at pkcs12

gpgsm --help
has only this line that leads to info on pkcs12 import/export:
     --call-protect-tool          invoke gpg-protect-tool

It it no appearent to conlude from this description
that the gpg-protect-tool is the one that will do pkcs12
import/export.

Please add something like
    --call-protect-tool          invoke gpg-protect-tool (pkcs12 handling)
or
    --call-protect-tool          invoke gpg-protect-tool (secret key import/export)

(Though I'd definitly like to have the keyword "pkcs12" appear in gpgsm --help)
