New submission from Bernhard Herzog <[email protected]>: In the config dialogs for the crypto backends in KMail non-ascii chars are displayed as ? in some cases. For example in the pages for GPG-Agent, gpgsm, and scdaemon, in the section for diagnostic output, "ausführlich" is shown as "ausf?hrlich".
