[issue135] error when decrypting mail encrypted with sign only key

When decrypting a mail encrypted with a signature only key, the backend reports 
Assuan processing failed: write error.

See attached files for an example mail and the secret key needed to decrypt it.

This is probably similar to  Issue76.
